Check In

Upon arrival in Klagenfurt please go straight to the Players Town for your Check In. At the Check In you will finally get to meet us face to face! That's where you will receive all necessary information, the meal ticktes, the accommodation voucher, the latest tournament schedule, the shuttle bus schedule etc.

Here now a short overview of the typical Check In procedure: 
  • Welcome
  • Accreditation
  • Final billing in case the final number of delegates in your team changed
  • Handing over of the info package (incl. accreditations, if booked  meal tickets, acommodation voucher, shuttle bus tickets etc.)
  • Meeting with respective tournament director
  • Then: Go to your accommodation!
